The Challenge

GCPA unites pediatricians, residents and researchers around continuing medical education, national clinical guidelines and public health programs — a constantly growing body of news, articles and trainings that had to reach two very different audiences (clinicians and patients), stay discoverable in Georgian-language medical search, preview correctly when shared on Facebook and messengers, and remain fully editable by the association's own team.

Our Solution

We designed and built the public site on React and Vite with a Supabase content layer, plus a separate admin panel where the association manages news, education articles, trainings, working groups and incoming applications with drag-and-drop image uploads. A custom build-time prerender step drives every route — including each news, training and education detail page pulled live from the database — through headless Chromium, so each URL ships as static HTML with its own title, description and Open Graph tags, and the sitemap is regenerated on every deploy. MedicalOrganization structured data, an llms.txt for AI assistants, and database-level Georgian-to-Latin slug transliteration anchor the association in local and AI-assisted search.

Results

• Every page — including all news, training and education detail routes — served as prerendered static HTML with its own SEO and Open Graph tags
• Sitemap regenerated on each deploy directly from published database content, with no manual URL upkeep
• Accurate link previews on Facebook and messengers, including a mobile share flow built on the Web Share API
• News, trainings, education materials, working groups and team profiles updated in-house without developer involvement
• Separate patient and professional education tracks served from one content library
• Georgian titles automatically converted into clean Latin URLs at the database level
