Lela Gigauri

The Challenge

Lela Gigauri is an attorney and member of the Georgian Bar Association who advises foreign nationals on visas, residence permits, right to work, citizenship and related legal matters in Georgia. Because her clients are foreign nationals, she needed a site that explains her practice clearly in English and Georgian, earns trust before the first call, and lets people book and pay for an online consultation without back-and-forth emails.

Our Solution

We designed and built a calm, editorial website in navy, cream and crimson, with a booking calendar right in the home page hero. Services are split into immigration law — lawful stay, right to work, citizenship and asylum, appeals and expulsion cases — and connected legal and administrative support, each with its own page and key areas. The About page combines an intro video, biography, education and a professional timeline, and the site adds short vertical explainer videos, a blog with categories and search, and a contact page with a map. Booking a 45-minute online consultation takes a few steps: choose a date and time in Georgia time, describe the matter, review and pay by card. After payment the client gets a confirmation, can reschedule or cancel with a refund from a manage-booking page within the cancellation policy, and can leave feedback after the session. On mobile a bottom bar keeps Menu, Help and Book one tap away, and pages carry LegalService structured data.
