New Star
A website and studio management system for New Star, a Georgian folk dance ensemble for children in Tbilisi, combining online registration with an admin panel for students, monthly fees and SMS reminders, and card payments through Bank of Georgia.

The Challenge
New Star teaches Georgian folk dances — Kartuli, Acharuli, Osuri, Samaia, Kakhuri and more — to children in several weekly groups, and regularly takes them to festivals and competitions. The studio needed a site that shows parents what their child will learn, when and with whom, takes registrations online, and lets the team run students, monthly fees and payment reminders without a developer.
Our Solution
We designed and built a bold, stage-inspired dark website with large display headlines, a scroll progress bar and a registration button that stays within reach on mobile. The page walks parents through the dance directions and their monthly fees, the weekly schedule by group, stage and competition achievements, the teachers, a parents' FAQ and contact details with a map. Registrations arrive in a password-protected admin panel, where the studio approves students and sets each one's monthly fee. From there the team sends SMS reminders in bulk through SMSOffice.ge, each with a personal payment link: the parent pays by card through Bank of Georgia, and the payment is marked as paid automatically once the bank confirms it. The same panel manages the photo carousel, dances, schedule, teachers and FAQ, with photos stored in Cloudflare R2 and data in D1.
