    Petite Ellie

A bilingual e-commerce platform for a premium children's clothing brand, connecting an 832-product catalog to the client's existing PHP retail CRM, with Bank of Georgia payments and a custom admin panel that runs the entire store — catalog, content and orders — without a developer.

    The Challenge

Petite Ellie already ran its physical stores on a PHP/MySQL CRM that held every product, size and stock count — the online store could not become a second, competing source of truth. The catalog spans 832 products across 41 categories and 18 brands, sells the same inventory as the shop floor, and had to be presented in Georgian and English, sold through Georgian payment methods, and managed day-to-day by a team with no technical background.

    Our Solution

We kept the CRM as the source of truth and built a Supabase-backed storefront on top of it. A secured PHP endpoint on the client's own server exposes products and live stock; a Supabase Edge Function pulls stock and prices on demand from an admin "Sync Now" button, and every website order deducts stock back in the CRM the moment payment succeeds. Checkout re-checks live CRM stock per cart item so same-day in-store sales can't cause overselling. Bank of Georgia handles card and loyalty-point payments through signature-verified webhooks with idempotent order writes, and a purpose-built admin panel covers products, variants, brands, categories, colors, curated looks, hero slides, homepage cards, gift cards, promo codes, orders and customers — with a full audit log behind it.

    Results

    • 832 products migrated from the retail CRM with zero errors and no duplicate data entry
    • Stock and prices stay aligned with the physical stores through one-click sync and automatic deduction on every sale
    • Live stock verification at checkout prevents overselling against same-day in-store purchases
    • Card and Bank of Georgia loyalty-point payments with signed webhooks and idempotent order handling
    • Full Georgian and English storefront with per-page SEO, Open Graph and ClothingStore structured data
    • Guest and registered checkout with accounts, order history, wishlist, saved addresses, promo codes and gift wrapping
    • Catalog, campaigns and homepage content updated in-house without developer involvement, with every change audit-logged
